JDXKM-PP Silver Ion Antibacterial PP Master Batches

【Product Introduction】 

JDXKM-PP is antibacterial master batch specialized for PP, using silver ion antibacterial powder as active antibacterial ingredient and superior PP raw material as carrier, and processed by combination of advanced dispersion technology and processing method. It is applicable for production of PP staple fiber, PP filament and PP nonwovens, etc.

It has superior particle size distribution, good dispersion, very little impact on the spinnability and dyeing property of PP and meets the production demand of monofil in ultra-fine fiber of 1D. Such fabricated fiber meets the state standards of antibacterial rate on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans, etc after washed.

It has no irritation to skin, no anaphylaxis, no toxicity to human body, and outstanding effect on prevention and cure of athlete’s foot, tinea cruris, eczema, furuncle and carbuncle, bromidrosis, foot odor and Pruritus, etc.

The suggested adding rate is 5% to 6%, but it can also be adjusted as per specific demand.

【Packing and Storage】

Packed by aluminum foil bag, 25kgs/bag.

It should be stored in dark and ventilated place at normal temperature, avoiding of high temperature, damp and water.
