MC 1610 die board / plywood cnc cutting engraving machine

Tips: worktable is with open structure. There is no limited to the length of processing materials.

A. metal-bars worktable is installed into MC1610 laser machine to process hard materials like wood, MDF,acrylic, plastic, stone,etc.

B. honeycomb worktable is installed into laser machine to process soft materials like paper, fabric,leather, rubber sheet,etc. which is match with exhaust fan to fasten processing materials on the surface of worktable.

NO need other clamps to fasten processing materials.

C. motorized up and down worktable: you can put on less than 25mm materials on the surface of worktable.

   Please attention that the above 3 kinds of worktable will be installed into MC1610 laser machine

based on your special needs. 

2. laser head

High quality anti-rust laser head which inside with one pc of reflector mirror and one pc of focus lens .

Meanwhile, auto-focus device(optional part: red ) next to laser head, mainly to confirm automatically the distance between laser head and processing materials before cutting.

3. laser power

 RECI brand laser tube:80w/100w/150w based on your needs to install into MC1610 laser machine.

4. water-cooled tool

water chiller is used to cool laser tube down during working

40w/60w 80w laser power, it is better to choose  Cw3000 water chiller.

100w/150w laser power, it is better to choose Cw5200 water chiller 

5. auxillary parts.

air pump is used when to process acrylic, glass,fabric, stone,etc. to keep high quality processing effect.

exhuast fan mainly used to exhaust smoke or dust, specially to engrave or cut off wood.
