1. Fabric and weight: 100%cotton, 100%polyester, CVC, T/C weight can be120GMS-240GMS.

2. Production types: cotton T-shirts, plain T-shirts, O neck or V neck T-shirts, short or long sleeve 

    T-shirts, With pattern T-shirts, Printing T-shirts for Unisex etc. 

3. Bulk Production Procedure: Design or sketch→Pattern Design→Sample Making→Production 

    Pattern→Grading→Marker Making→Spreading→Cutting→Shorting &Bundling→

    Sewing&Assembling→Inspection→Pressing or Finishing→Packing

4. Sample rules:

    Option 1: Offering free exiting samples.

    Option 2: Customized samples based on customers` specification will be charged, the sample cost 

                     will return once order confirmed. It takes 3-5 working days.

5. Quotation to be clear:

      1>Material? Cotton or other fabrics 

      2>Quantity, weight, size?

          How many total quantities are you interested?

    Are there several dimensions of each size ratio and weight difference in your mind?

    Plz let us know for the purpose to use the cloth feeding amount explicitly.

3>color?

    Different colors and color dyeing have different cost and quotation. So the corresponding  

    staining fastness and lolor description is important for us to be clear.

4>Logo printing?

    Blank or with pattern?  If yes, your detailed logo attachment is much appreciated.

5> Packaging?

          Clear whether there are specific packaging requirements; such as the single package or ten 

          one OPP bag; tag and so on.
