 2.  How can I get samples to check your quality ?

     After price confirmed, you can require for samples to check our quality. Free for stock samples or new samples printed by inkjet to check the design and paper quality as long as you afford the express freight. For printed by Flexo production machine to confirm the sample color, will charge you film plate cost. Film plate charges can be refundedback depending on qty.

3. What kind of files do you accept for printing ?

   Ai, PDF is both okay.

4. How long can I get the samples ?

   As long as you send yr design, film plate charges paid if any, then for black samples bag or printed samples bag by inkjet, 1-2 days to ship. If bag by Flexo printed machine, 5-7 days. Shipment may need 3-5days depending on where you are, wht express you take to air.

5. What's the lead time for production ?

   Appr. 20 days after samples approved, also depending on the season and quantity you ordered.

6. What's the terms of delivery ?

  EXW, FOB, CNF and CFR are accepted.

7. Can I do my size and logo?

  Yes, it's customzied product, sometimes, we'll suggest our production size to save cost for you for your selection.
