Function:

Stroboscope with fast frequency flashing light. In stroboscopic instrument observation high speed 

rotation or movement of objects, by modulating stroboscope flashing frequency, and the measured 

object rotating or moving close to the speed of the object to be measured and synchronization, 

while at high speed, but it is the slow motion or relative rest. The persistence of vision, 

so that the people can be easily observed by high-speed operation object status.

color, ink color matching, die cutting, punching, folding conditions; suitable for the textile industry,

it can charge over 95% into Li battery within 30 minutes and then get into slow filling state. 

It will stop charging when its batteries are full so that it can protect the batteries using life. 

It can be used withou batteries, only need to connect the power line. It is an ideal and essential tool.
