Sweden AKE Doctor Blade System
AKE combinatorial Doctor Blade is professional using in gravure printing & flexography. The different between AKE combinatorial Doctor Blade and traditional doctor blade is the different structure. AKE combinatorial Doctor Blade is combined by three parts, knife-edge, back knife, special knife holder. The most important feature is the Unified width of 10mm knife-edge. The thickness of the blades is the same. When we need to change blade, we only need to change knife-edge, while the back knife and the blade can be long-term used.
1. Used unified width 10mm blade, saving over 50% cost.
2. With a special knife holder, it’s easy to change blade, reduce the work intensity and improve the production efficiency.
3. Steady scraping effect, strong sense of hierarchy, good printing effect.
4. Wear-resisting, long service life, particularly suitable for long printing.
