Scraping ink Bar  Specially designed for printing ink color proofing, widely used in printing ink production, carton printing, flexo printing and other industries.

water-based ink, gravure inks, flexographic inks or other liquid can be applied to coating on a variety of substrates by scraping in bar, obtained color reproducibility, it has the function to simulates the effect of printing presses . it is the  necessary  tool for  color matching , ink mixing ,and test the water-based ink Printing performance and color difference .

Usage:

Used for coating predetermined thickness of wet film, to test the covering power,the color for the sample,  or making samples, etc.

Use instruction : 

Put the sample board on the platform and fixed , Should not be moved when the scraping ink bar slip out. According to the wet film thickness,Choose the scraping ink bar,  , put on the certain position of the board, and then pour the sample on the board , hold the handle,Uniform sliding at a speed of 150 mm/sec,  coat the thickness of wet film as we need , washed with solvent and dry after use .
