Static Control

This ion bar works with high pressure generator . It can produces positive and negative ion group, effectively neutralize the positive and negative charge within the distance of 30mm~300mm, and then completely eliminate static electricity. 

It is made by aluminum with a nice appearance and durable.

Working principle:

The anti-static ion bar can produce plenty of positive & negative ions, which can neutralize the products’ ions  that go through the ion radiation area. When the products surface with negative ion, it will attract radiation area’s positive ion; when the products surface with positive ion, it will attract radiation area’s negative ion, so that static on products surface will be neutralized, and then eliminate static electricity.

Note:

This antistatic ion bar needs to work along with high pressure generator.

Safety indication:

1. operating point must connect ground well

2. do not use the bar under inflammable and explosive environment

3. do not repair by yourself

Installation and operation:

The bar must work with generator. Plug the bar’s connecting line terminal into the output plughole of the generator, and connect the bar’s ground wire into the generator’s ground pole, after confirm ground connection is well, plug the generator’s attaching plug into the socket with ground wire(attention to the operating voltage of generator),install the bar to suitable position, turn on the generator’s power supply, then it can work.

Cleaning method

After using for some time, there is dirt retention on bar’s ion needle and copper tube wall, it must clean at regular intervals, and must turn off power supply when clean. 

It is widely used in printing , packaging , electronic , textile industries , etc .
