2. I will make design for you according your requirements if you do not have design.

3. Once the design was confirm, The offer will send to you soon.

4. After price was confirmed, I will make Proforma invoice to you and ready to make samples for you check.

5. After samples was confirmed, We will arrange the order production upon receipt of confirmed PI and your deposit.

6. After the goods is ready to ship, We will informs you the shipping date and other detailed information.

7. We will help to track the goods until you receive it

Q1How fast can i get the quotation?

A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 

Q2 How can i get a sample to check your quality? 

A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation . 

Q3What kind of files do you accept for? 

A: PDF, Word, Excel

Q4Can you design for us?

A: Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in plastic tray design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect plastic tray. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation. 

Q5What about the lead time for mass production? 

A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.  we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
