  Mainly composed of five parts :

1).    Vertical Condensator,

2).    Horizontal Condensator,

3).    Reaction Vessel,

4).    Oil-water Separator

5).    Fractionating column.

  Be widly used in :

 1). Resin:

 Alkyd resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, ABS resin...

 2). Glue/ Adhesive:

 Hot melt glue/ adhesive, grafted glue, white glue, silicone glue, all-purpose glue, PVC glue, PVA...

 3). Others:

 Paint, pigment, PVC, PVA, PVAC, PU, acrylic acid, and other latex, emulsion and liquid glue and adhesives

 The complete production process :

1.       put the material to the reactor kettle,start heating ,when the temperature reach about 100 degrees,it will produce gases,and the gas will into the separation column.

2.        after part be cooling by the separation column, the rest gas into horizontal condenser,then condenser will cooling the gas ,after cooling into the catchment device.

3.        part of material and water in the catchment device, separate material to reactor kettle,and exclude the water.(the process may be last about fifteen to twenty hours)

4.       during the reaction process,in order to speed up, can extracting vacuum,when reach the time sampling, assay viscosity,if complify the requiment then cooling.

when the temperature reach 130 degrees,hit the raw materials to dilute kettle,and put material to dilute kettle, diluting , cooling ,then make the prodction you need.
