Our high effeciency Hotmelt Glue Stick Production Line mainly composed by Extruder,Cooling water channel,Tractor,Cutter,Ribbon mixer
Mainly used to produce Hotmelt Glue Stick,Hotmelt Glue Granule etc.
The unit is for the production of a variety of hot melt glue stick, using extrusion method.The extruder screw is specially designed to achieve plasticizing and mixing effects.It is automatic cutting.The producting speed is controled by Frequency.
There are four parts:extruder,sink,electric tractor and cutting machine. this is the whole working process ;

The hot melt adhesive bar line
1.
