3.Q:How can I get some samples? And what is the sample leadtime?

A: For the one we have in hand , we try to give you for free but freight should be to collect.
     For customized sample, sample charge and Express charge are all needed.
     As for the sample leadtime, it can be 3-5 days for the simple one. If complex, it will be 12-18 days.

Q4. Can I have my own design and private label?

A: It is available, you can simply show us one picture to see what design you like and then we could change the color and printing work as you want.al.

Q6: What about the production leadtime?

A: If the accessories are not too many, it can be 15-20 days. Meanwhile, as usual, it will be 25-30 days for the set with glasswares and 40-60 days for the set with ceramic items. If urgent, we can accelerate.

Q7: What about the payment terms?

A: We usually accept T/T 30% as deposit, and the balance against the copy of B/L.
