With a unique and reliable design, the SRP series can make spring roll pastries and samosa pastry sheets.  Use the company specified percentage amounts to make the batter mix. Once the mix is prepared, place the batter into the batter tank. Before you begin making the pastry skins, set the thickness of the pastry to a desired width. When the temperature of the baking drum reaches by 150 Celsius degree, start the batter pump. The batter pump will deliver the batter into the spray nozzle, which will spray a layer of batter on the baking drum. The batter will begin to cook on top of the baking drum and when it reaches the angles of approximately 270 Celsius degree, that batter will become a fully cooked pastry skin. The pastry will then separate from the baking drum and the cutter will neatly cut the pastry into squares. Once cut, the pastry will be counted and stacked in neat piles for packaging or to be ready for work hands to wrap up.
