Automatic rice paper steaming machine (RPS-24) was specially designed for producing Vietnamese rice paper spring roll. A thin, hard rice paper is sprayed with temperature controlled warm water, and conveyed into tunnel steamer for softening. It is much more efficient compares with traditional way. Using a RPS-24, the softening level for rice paper, capacity and production speed are all adjustable. To ensure the RPS-24 can be operated properly with every water system in the world, every machine is attached with a Water Conditioner to soften inlet water.

The stuffing machine is designed with a Cavity Pump, providing stable stuffing volume for every single product. More importantly, the pump does not destroy the original material structure during process. Stuffing volume, diameter and length are all adjustable.

Optional Rice Paper Sucking Machine (RPS-24A/B) can provide higher production efficiency. Instead of placing every rice paper manually, it just places a stack of rice papers on the sucking machine and press only one button, the machine will feed rice paper automatically.
