Ingredient: Shallot, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, turmeric, dried chili, chili padi, curry leaves, vegetable oil, monosodium glutamate, salt, sugar and curry spices.

Ramuan: Bawang merah, bawang putih, lengkuas, serai, kunyit, cili kering, cili padi, daun kari, minyak kelapa sawit, monosodium glumate, garam, gula, dan rempah kari.

Direction To Cook: 190gm/ 900gm RASA KARI Chicken Curry Paste

Boils 290gm/ 1300gm of potatoes and peels them. Adds on 1 pack of RASA KARI Chicken Curry Paste and 950gm/ 4500gm of chicken into pot and sauté. Adds on 380ml/ 1800ml of water and boils with potatoes. Adds on 180ml/ 850ml of coconut milk or evaporated filled milk and cooks all ingredients in slow fire and serves hot.

Cara Memasak: 190gm/ 900gm RASA KARI Chicken Curry Paste

Kupaskan 290gm/ 1300gm kentang dan kukuskannya. Masukkan 1 pek RASA KARI Chicken Curry Paste dan 950gm/ 4500gm ayam dan tumiskannya. Tambahkan 380ml/ 1800ml air dan mendidihkan dengan kentang dan 180ml/ 850ml santan atau susu sejat penuh. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan ke dalam periuk dan masak di atas api perlahan sehingga bahan larut dan mendidih.
