Specification of the food tray

Material of sheets:

1. PP/RPP

(1) features: good heat resistance, good oil resistance, good acid resistance, release low heat when burning, can burn like the wood or paper, do not produce poisonous gas , can be recyclable, can resist temperature ranging from 110℃ to 130 ℃.

(2) Application: can be used for packing food, medicine, electronic, it is up to standard for high temperature sterilization.

(3) Usage: can be used in microwave oven, not used in oven.

2.PS

(1) can resist temperature up to 90℃, good plasticity.

(2) Can be used for packing electronic and cosmetics.

(3) Can not be used in microwave oven or oven, do not contain alcoholic beverage for long time, oil food, hot food, lemon , braised food will deteriorate the container.

3.APET

(1)features:good transparent, good oil resistance, good flammability, good gas barrier property, can resist temperature up to 60℃, good strength , impact resistance.

(2)Applications:can be used for packing food, electronic, cosmetics and toys.

(3)Can not be used in microwave oven or oven.

4. PET(GAG)

(1) good transparent , good plasticity, good impact resistance, can resist temperature up to 60℃.

(2) Can be used for packing food, electronics, cosmetics which has a high demand on transparency.

5.BOPS

(1)features: good transparent, light weight, good rigidity, can resist temperature up to 80℃.

(2)Applications: can be used for packing food, medicine.

(3)Can not be used in microwave oven or oven, do not contain alcoholic beverage for long time, oil food, hot food, lemon, braised food will deteriorate the container.
