HXQT-10C iron ore pellet compression testing machine is researched and developed by our company in accordance with GB/T14201-93 Iron Ore Pellets-Determination of Crushing Strength and related standards. The machine is characterized by portal structure, beautiful appearance, advanced technology, easy operation, fault display and protection and reliable quality. It may be used to conduct force test of various nonferrous and ferrous metals and nonmetallic materials such as plastics, rubber and leather and is one of the ideal equipments to det Called pellet alternatively, the iron ore pellet is a major component of blast furnace iron making. The crushing strength of pellet is a significant technical quality index. The standard stipulates that 60 pellets with a diameter ranging between 10mm and 12.5mm should be crushed one by one (individual-group or multiple-group test can be done according to users) at a crushing speed ranging between 10mm/min and 20mm/min and then the average crushing pressure is the crushing strength of pellet. ect the mechanical properties of various materials. 

HXQT-10C iron ore pellet compression testing machine consist of the body, mechanical transmission system, force control system, speed control system, recording system and fixture.

The body consists of base and column. The transmission lead screw is mounted in the column, and the mechanical transmission system, electric appliances, speed control system and motor are mounted in the base. The control system and micro printer are mounted in the control box on the side of the column, the force sensor is mounted on the underside of the movable crossbeam, and the photoelectric encoder is mounted on the top of the machine column. The upper and lower compression disks are respectively connected with the sensor and the worktable.
