1.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Samples will be sent to you for your evaluation after price confirmed.If the sample you need have stock, we will provide you for free, you only afford the express fee.

2.How long can I get the customized sample?
After the payment of the sample and confirmed files.

1) If the mould is existing in our factory, the samples will be ready in 7-15 working days;
2) If the mould is not existing, we need to make a new mould, the samples will be ready in 14-18 working days The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive to you in 3-5 working days.

3.What about the lead time for mass production?
Our maximum monthly production capacity reaches up to 2.5million pieces,the lead time is strictly in control. 

4.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CFR, CIF, TT. etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

5. What can I do for a effective enquiry?
If you have a sample at present and want to order the same product .Please send the inquiry with real pictures of the box, and the picture with details about the lid, bottom, size, material, printing type, packing requirement, etc.
