1.How can I get a sample to check your quality?

Samples will be sent to you for your evaluation after price confirmed.If the sample you need in stock, we will provide you for free, you only afford the shipping cost.

2.How long can I get the customized sample?
After the payment of the sample and confirmed artwork files.

1) If the mould is existing in our factory, the samples will be ready in 7-15 working days;
2) If the mould is not existing, we need to make a new mould, the samples will be ready in 20-25 working days The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive to you in 3-5 working days.

3.What about the lead time for mass production?

Our maximum monthly production capacity reaches up to 2.5million pieces,the lead time is strictly in controlled by our plannning department.

4. How do I pay you ?

We accept T/T,L/C or Western Union, or other method we both agree on after communication.
5.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW,FOB, CFR, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
