Features:

1,The pneumatic rotary double-positioning feeding and automatic turnover mechanism enables the machine to paint the door’s six sides once time which saves working procedures, improve efficiency and ensure the painting effect.

2,Only two ordinary workers can finish the whole process. The capacity is 64-90 per hours(160-240 doors).

3,Touching type computer digital operation machine or automatic detection machine are provided. Both of them are easy to learn. Controlling the spray gun’s moving route through the computer to imitate manual painting, which ensures smooth painted surface and reaches the corners being painted.

4,The machine is easy to operated and not rely on painting technique. It shortens the production cycle, reduces paint cost and labor cost.

5,Through continuous research, our company has developed a new generation control system, In which an new automatic programming system has been added on basis of the old system(namely point-to-point programming system).For new system, when you input length and width of products into the computer, the paint spraying machine will perform paint spraying according to preset technology. It is also possible to change the size of products without shutting down so as to achieve the effect of continuate production and paint saving.

There are Air Purifying System and Cleaning System in LKLD250-MYW just in picture. It’s good at protect environment.

Air Purifying System

This is a Cleaning System

This system is made up of a tank two fans and a pump .

Attached drencher curtain with floor cleaning device, collected the redundant paint mist during the spray-painting process ,through water mist purifying by many drencher heads ejected that behind the drencher curtain board, then drained by exhaust fan.
