 This bending part used high quality Al 6061 made by laser cutting. the precision can be reached +- 0.05 mm .

Al 6061 laser cutting is using NC program, can cut any parts in one mass plate , will not damage the  surface of material, reduce the cost. Laser cutting part is suited to small quantity metal part or prototype,  save the cost and time. Finish of laser cutting part can be barrel polished, grinding , sandblasting , plating ,  brushed , blackening and so on, so that metal part can be bright, no sharp edge

Rain Industry was founded in 2007, now there are 7years experience on metal parts/hardware.

In order to enlarge our business on overseas markets, we registered Dongguan Rain Industry Co.,ltd and Hong Kong Nature I&T Co.,Limited on 2011. After three years growing, we have developed over one hundred customers, included Europe and America , the Middle East , Southeast Asia, Australia, South America , East Africa, Russian Federation etc.
