Performance and Structure

    NC cut-to-length line for medium metal boards is suitable for leveling hot-tolled coiled alloy-steel, coiled stainless steel etc. of normal thickness, and cutting those boards into pieces in required length.

   This line is usually made up of hydraulic board-sending car, unrolling machine, hydraulic board-guiding machine, conveying-and-direction-correction machine, transitional table, correcting machine, group of leveling machine, shearing machine, stacking table, hydraulic system, electric controlling system ect. If required by customer, this line can also equip edge-cutting machine, longitudinal cutting machine, edge-folding machine etc, in order to get four-edge-cut blocks or cut the steel into blocks in the direction of length. We use direct-current digital control system from Eurotherm Limited to control the adjustable-length cutting system. This line has lots of advantages, for example being highly automated, good quality of leveling, high accuracy of shearing, high producing-efficiency, stable and reliable performance, simple operation and maintenance etc.
