Series NKVW vacuum pumping system
Application:
Series NKVW vacuum pumping system is composed of vacuum pump and Roots pump, Roots pump automatically works by the controlling of relays or electrical-contact vacuum gauge. NKVW equips an electrical control system and a cooling water system. It is quick start, big capacity of vacuum evacuating etc, widely used in vacuum smelting, welding, chemical, pharmaceutical and electric power system, particularly suitable for transformer vacuum operation.

Parts Explanation:
Compound vacuum gauge: Connect with vacuum pump and Roots pump, when vacuum pump works, the machine vacuum value reach to the set-value, the booster pump will work automatically. Also it shows machine working vacuum.
Trap: Collect water and waste liquid
Level indicator: Show the water and waste liquid level
Roots pump: Pump air.
Vacuum pump: Pump air.
Vacuum compensator: Connecting device between the vacuum pump and roots pump.
Control panel Explanation:
Vacuum pump start: Startup vacuum pump
Vacuum pump stop: Stop vacuum pump
Roots pump working: When Roots pump works, this light will lighten.
Motor overload: When vacuum pump motor and roots pump motor are overload, this light will lighten, and alarm.
Power indicator: When you connect the right power, this light will lighten.
Emergency stop: If there is any bad accident, push this button to stop machine.
