  Application:

Series TYA  lube oil filtration machine adopts special engineered design features, which can rapidly and effectively remove water, gas, particles and volatile matter (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia etc.). Features:
1. Advance water,gas seperating system, duplex-stereo evaporating technology, ensure fast removal of water and gas in the oil.
2. Three grades filtering structure. Removing free water utilizing water-removal filter elements. The functions of breaking emulsion.
3. “Plugged filter” indicator, positive indication when the particles removal filter element is plugged and needs to be changed or cleaned.
4. Automatic backwashing system and medium cooling system, improving working efficiency.
5. Electric control panel with vacuum indicator, pressure indicator,digtal type temperaure indicator and automatic system shut-down.
6. Chain safe protection system, pressure protection device, interlocking of oil drainage system , liquid level controling system,vacuum system and heating system, which avoids any possible negative impacts causes by incorrect manipulation.
