Plate and Frame Filter Press – this is an assembly of plates covered with filter papers and frames designed to collect the cake, held together in a press with that has a head plate and tail plate – the press is closed by a hydraulic pump, or manually in small presses. The plates and frame can be made of different precision filter papers Many times the press has “recessed plates” where two plates form a cavity for collecting cake eliminating the frame. Filter presses must be opened and the plates separated to remove the cake.

PF is a manual operating machine. It adopts filter press structure, use filter paper and metal plate as filter bed. mainly through filter paper as purification medium, can remove water and particles from oil.
PF  is mainly used to purify transformer oil, turbine oil, engine oil, diesel oil, aviation hydraulic oil etc.if adopting stainless steel body, the machine can be as the vegetable oil purifier.
