Engine Oil Reclamation Machine Changing Dark Color to Transparent Yellow

With functions of changing color (black to yellow), dehydration, degassing and impurities removal, JZC is designed to purify and recycle used motor engine oil.

During the whole regeneration process, it combusts fuel to heat the waste oil with less electricity consumption. And it adopts distillation methods instead of adding any chemicals to recycle the oil.

Besides, the wastes discharged are oil-free, which can be processed into a carbon toner for printing the raw materials.

Features:
1. This machine can effectively remove the wear debris, asphalt, wax quality, impurities, water, acids, organic acids, inorganic acids, carbon particles, deep oxides and other tiny impurities from oil.

2. It uses stainless steel material.

3. And it adopts high temperature (80 °C~580°C), three heat insulation layers are equipped, safe) distillation method with a fuel burner to heat, which can decrease the electricity consumption. And it uses three layers of different heat-resisting materials.
