LQ-45 type electric concret drilling machine

Application

It’s suitable for various concrete tie dowel drilling & pulling with the track being occupied. According to the principle of trepanning tool, it can drill & pull the bolt anchored on concrete tie without damaging tie. And the bolt can be anchored again in the same hole being drilled.

Its main frame and fixture is divided with feature of moving away from the track quickly. While working, if it’s necessary to move the machine away from the track, just loosen the joint bolt between the main frame and the fixture. Then only move the main frame to a safe spot and let the fixture remain still. After the traffic is over, install the main frame to work again. In this way, the working efficiency is increased and the labor intensity is reduced. It’s an indispensable tool used in track relaying and repairing operation.
