This series of machine tool is suitable for machine manufacture trade to grind the planes of various metal parts such as steel, cast iron and nonferrous metal, etc.
Characteristic:
A.The wheel spindle adopts high precision rolling bearing with strong rigid construction and high precision.
B.The wheel spindle adopts high precision hydrodynamic-hydrostatic bearing with strong rigid construction and high precision.
It has a special hydraulic device, automatic lubrication system and cantilever push-button device with perfect shape.
The lengthways moving of the working table is hydraulic transmission.
The transverse moving of the grind head adopts a directcurrent dynamo to drive the preision rolling ball screw assembly.
The grind head perpendicular feed is manual, and has the quick elevating mechanism. It can raise work efficiency. The working table slideway of rail is pasted the polyteraflu oroethylene soft belt. The wear-resistant is good, and the energy consumption is low.
The grinding head perpendicular feed slideway is pasted the polytetrafluoroethylene soft belt. The column has a balancer. And the feeding sensitivity is high.
The motion of this model is smooth and steady, the function is reliable, the noise is low and the rigid construction is strong. It is convenient for users to operate.
