Crystal Ashtray Sample Policy:

For some regular designs from us, we can supply you the free sample as long as you will pay for the freight.

 For some ashtrays need to be made according to customers design, and some need make mould to produce,

 The mould charges will be asked from you.

 Regular samples will be sent out within 5 days, customized ashtrays will be sent out within 10 days.

Payment Terms For Crystal Ashtray:

 We accept T/T and WESTERN UNION and L/C payment.

 1, Crystal ashtray order amount under 1000USD, we will ask 100% down payment by T/T or WESTERN UNION.

 2, Crystal ashtray order amount between 1000USD AND 5000USD, will ask 50% deposit and the balance paid before shipment.

 3, Crystal ashtray order amount up to 5000USD, will ask 40% deposit and balance paid before shipment.

1, During production time, customer cancle the order, we will not return the deposit.

 2, All of the logo, text word engraved or laserd must be approvaled by customer before production. We shall not be held responble if we done same as the samples after customer approval.

 3, If there is any damage during the transportation, we will resend the same quantity products in free, but you need bear the freight.
