FAQ :

1. Can I change the flowers to single head or mulit-heads?

      Yes, basically it is no problem for us if we can find the related stem components.

 2. Can I change the flowers shape?

       Yes, Basically we will develop the different shapes of the same kind of flowers, like blooming, half-blooming,buds etc, but we will make a change as customers request on the base of our current mould allowed. if not, need to make a new mould, this part of fee will be charged by customers. 

3.  Do you accept OEM?

      It depends the quantity, as it has the quantity request for running machine and make production.

4.  Can I choose the colors by myself?

       Yes, we can make the color samples to you before production, but need supply  pysical swatches to us for dyeing colors. 

5. Can you do the product test for us?

     Yes, we can help arrange the test, but you have to pay the extra test fees,  please provide details of the tests before placing the order, and we will put the test fees in the order.

6.  Do you accept retail business?

     Not now so far, we only accept wholesale biz.

7. Do you supply Samples?

     Yes, of course, after the quotation confirmed on your side, we are happy to provide samples freely to you, but at this step, customers have to afford the delivery fees himself, this cost will be refunded to you after the order confirmed.

8. How long the samples be prepared?

     It depends on how many samples you need and how many colors they are, for regular samples,  it will take about 7-15days for preparing. 

9.  How long the mass production lead time?

      The same, depends on the accurate quantities and colors needed. normally it will take 25-30days for 1X20' Container.
