1) Aluminium: brand-new aluminium, not recycled. 1.2-2mm thickness.

2) Powder coating: all frames will be treated by powder coating. the color follows the wicker color so that  it keeps the same tone from outside to inside. 

3) Powder coated in numerous finishes, come in many sizes and have a ton of patio accessories.

4) cushion: any color and thickness.  

5) Warranty: 1 years for rattan, 3 years and 5 years available.

Material Size

Rattan: Synthetic rattan with UV-resistant, durable, for all season use.
----flat rattan size:6mm, 7mm,8mm ,9mm,10mm or 13mm.
----Round or half round rattan size: ø3mm,5mm,etc

Cushion : 100% polyester,water resistant, color is optional.

2.Quality control:

We have many QC to control our quality, the first QC is about hardware, the second is PE rattan, and the last is about handicraft art.

1). before producing, all of QC will check the original material, especially hardware and PE rattan, and the process of controlling is very strict.

2). In the process of producing, every step will be check before next step

3). when all producing process has been finished, the QC coming from installation will check PE rattan, iron pipe, and handicraft art, if OK, this rattan daybed will be passed.
