Megatro corner-run steel pole for overhead power transmission

MEGATRO can design and produce every type of corner-run steel pole, which mainly used in power transmission line project. Corner-run steel pole is used when the overhead power line directions changed, and is connected to substation equipment, or transitions to underground cable. They are used in middle voltage and lower voltage systems such as 232KV, 220KV, 132KV, 110KV, 69KV, 66KV, 35KV, 11KV as well as railway traction, and come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
Corner-run steel pole supports the full weight of the conductor and also all the tension in it, and also use strain insulators. Where the power transmission line must change direction, then Corner-run steel pole are used. Structures are classified as angle suspension, angle strain, and angle dead-end.
 
MEGATRO fabricates every structure Corner-run steel pole by solid steel members & pipes. Structures can reach heights up to 60 meter, even higher as per client requirements. MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of every tower section. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies.

After fabrication all Corner-run steel poles are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
