YUM factory located in Jiangsu province,which areas is over 4000m²and there are 439 employees working there.Now the headquarters and showroom set in Shanghai ,the most prosperous city and famous port of China.

1,What's the material of the plants ? Is it harm to environmental & human ?

A: YUM artificial plants main material is polyester fibre and PE, there is no harm to environmental and human.

2,Is the plants with Fire Retardant ? if so,what's the level ?

A:Normally ,the plants is not fire retardant, but we can produce Fire Retardant plants in V1,V2,V3 level as customer special demands about FR.

3,How to install the green plant wall ? what's the back frame ?

A:Hang on wall with screws fixed,back frame is EPE with wire net.

4,Can order mixed items in trial order ?

A: Yes,it is acceptable when each item meet the MOQ.

5,Is it possible to get a sample to check quality first ?

A: Surely,we will offer free small sample,charge big sample according the value of the article.Samples will be sent within 1 week.

6,Can your factory make plants and trees as custom sizes and design ?

A:Yes ,YUM can make custom plants and trees as desired ,but please offer us more clear details,like drawing of design,sample for referece and so on .
