The vibration power generator (also called vibration battery) at the same shape and size as standard AA or AAA battery is designed to replace chemical battery for battery-powered remotes, small toys and other items that only require small trickles of energy to operate.

Comparison with Alkaline battery:

The vibration power generator can replace any standard 1.5V AA/AAA batteries, and can help reduce wastes generated from chemical batteries. It is very effective for a device that only requires small trickles of energy to operate like remotes, about 40mW or less. Till now it cannot be used for such devices which need power all the time like clocks.
