2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, China, about 3 hours bullet-train ride from Guangzhou and about 30 minutes taxi ride from Jieyang Chaoshan Airport. To all of our clients, from home or abroad, sincere welcome to visit us!

3. Q: What is the material of your products?

A: We cover a range of materials such as ceramic, strengthened ceramic or porceline, fine bone china, stoneware etc.

4. Q: How can I get some samples?

A: We are pleased to offer samples according to your demand/design. Custom sample lead time usually takes 7 days.

5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority. Chaozhou Dongyang Porcelain Factory always pay close attention to quality control from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained TUV Rheinland Assessment Report ,FDA,LFGB,DGCCRF safe food test via SGS.
