Production

Glass is made of silica sand, sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate, and others minerals. These materials are first mixed together in a rotary tumbler with water. After this tumbling, the glass mixture is poured into a furnace and heated to 1400 degrees Celcius, although the temperature will eventually rise to 1540 degrees Celsius. This process takes around four hours.

Next, a forehearth removes the glass from the furnace, blowing hot and cool air to reduce the temperature of the glass. Then the glass enters a forming machine, which molds it. After molding, the glass cools more is then sent through a kiln, which reheats the glass to 600 degrees Celsius and the slowly cools it to strengthen the glass.

  A:As a general rule for available moild's products, it will take 5 weeks to produce your products. But if we have stocks, we can ship immediately as you wish.

7.Q:Can I have a custom desigh and mock up sample?

  A:We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting design from customers.

8.Q:Do you have a price catalog?

  A:We are a professional glass bottle manufacturer. All of our glass bottle products are made as in different weight and different artwork or decoration request. We do not have a price catalog.

9.Q: Can you do the design for us?

  A:Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in glass bottle design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help carry your ideas out into perfect bottles. The design drawing and 3D display will show to you. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. Then we will send you back the finished files for confirmation.

  A:We will double confirm your requirements and send you the sample before the mass production. During the mass production, we will keep you informed of any progress. Besides, we will do 100% quality inspection before shipment.
