Introduction

     This line use wheat flour as the main raw material, first extruded, cured by the double screw extruder, then fried by the fryer, this line can produce the salad snack food with fashion shape, good and special taste, the tissue of the food fine and smooth, easily to absorb and is quite popular in the market.,and it can produce the snack food automatically.

    Because we need drying to decrease the water content before frying, we will use the drying oven,  We have two kind of configure of the machine. One is automatic, because we use three layers roasting oven for drying.The advantage is it will very convenient. The other is half automatic, it is a square box with air blower, this need a person to turn the product in the box to make sure it will drying uniform.

    About the frying system ,we have two kind: One is intermittent frying system, it use a batch frying system, it include a batch frying pot and a de-oil machine.The advantage is frying time is stable performance, and it will save oil;  The other is continuous frying system, this is a square frying pot with chain drive,so it can frying from entrance to exit, continuous frying system donot include de-oil system, this advantage is it could fry much more capcity product and it could adjust the fry time very easy

1: Produced by twin screw extruder CY65-II , the capacity is 120-150 kg/h .

2: Energy use electrical ,Please tell me the Input Voltage in your country , Chinese Input Voltage is 380V/50Hz/3 , If it is different from yours , we will adjust it .

3:Motor , electrical devices and components, frequency converter type, we have them made in China or SIEMENS/ABB/DELTA .

4:Packing line we will recommend to you on your requiremwnt.
