Nantong Kangda devotes breathable roofing membrane since 2004, and after ten years of developing, we have explored many kinds of breathable membranes to meet varied market demand.

As KangDa main product, the breathable membrane, has been widely acceped by Europe and China market. Breathable membrane This membrane has been developed by us to be three types with different breath ability and our current max production capacity of this product only is over 60000M per day. 

About Breathable membrane

What is the special function of breathable membrane? It allows the moisture to get out of the pitched roof, avoiding mold and condensation, thus the functions of construction can be well protected. 

The breathable membrane is a three layers membrane. (Thermal laminated by non woven PP + waterproof and vapor permeable membrane + non woven PP). It is a kind of roof deck protection, can protect the construction structure from being eroded by wind and rain and strengthen the gas tightness and water tightness as well as boast good breathability which expels water vapor out of the construction, thus avoiding mould and condensation.

Weight (per square meter): 80gsm to 200gsm

Roll Width: 1m-1.5m-3m

Roll Length: 50m or Jumbo roll 

Producing Process:

From making spunbond fabric, to membrane lamination, to logo printing and to rolls cutting , using our own machines! Lower production cost and control quality . Flow line production enable us to produce out one container quantity in two days only! Maxssive production is ver 60000m2 per day.

Raw material:

Raw material: 100% top virgin grade polypropylene! The PP spunbond nonwoven is made of 100% polypropylene, and the breathable film inside is also made of polypropylene, added with our special breather pigment, which is made by ourselves!!

Printing and Slitting:
As a OEM factory, we would like to make customer's logo on the breathable membrane. Our company now have 3 printing lines,  two of which are silk-screen printing. The silk-screen printing makes the logo very clear, any kind of color is acceptable; the shortcoming is the low speed of production, higher cost. and only one color logo is available.

Packing and Delivery:

Packing: Normally is free PE wrap, with two inches paper core inside. Our new shrink film packing machine will be added by the end of this year.  Free loading and pallet packing loading are both OK. Customer specialized label is available.
