Scaffold safety net .It is  used to prevent the workers and people around the construction from being injured by the falling things, and minimize the injury

Features:

 1, high mesh density, so it can prevent gravel, bricks, etc.effectively at the bottom of an area of 100 square centimeters below the falling object, its safety performance is much larger than other similar products.

2, using straight-chain multi-gate structure, a special knitting method, which consists of a set coil and another set of straight-chain throughout the three laps back and forth the coil posed mesh. It make the net have the features of non-slip, hardly deformed mesh, stable mesh body size; durable and lightweight.

3,day lighting is good, and does not affect the light and closed operations can be realized and the construction site can be beautified.

1.yarn extrusion

(yarn drawing machine,it is for round yarn drawing,and the shade netting we can produce is all round yarn one.)

knitting line(we have 24sets of shade net knitting machine, so our production can meet  your needs properly.)

3.packing line

(the rolling machine:there is  an exactly length counter on it

so the size of the net we are rolling can be insured)

shade netting is always packed with cylinder paper inside and OPP bag out side.

4.loading 

we always try our best to load as more as we can.
