1. Brief introduction of tempering glass furnace

Horizontal tempering glass furnace is used for producing large-size flat, tempered glass for architecture, and furniture, shower cabins and kitchen, etc. The type of sheet glass can be various such as float glass, coated glass, tinted glass, soft low-E glass etc. It consists of loading table, heating section, cooling and tempering section and unloading table. When heated up to 700℃, glass is cooled and tempered quickly with large stress produced on the surface. When impacted strongly, the glass will be broken into small pieces without sharp corners.
