On-time shipment and Pre-shipment product quality (Optional)

If the supplier does not meet the requirements in your 
contract, will refund your covered amount

If you make a telegraphic transfer (T/T) payment and the supplier does not live up to the shipping time or pre-shipment product quality requirements agreed in your contract, you’re protected.

We will refund the intial payment you paid up to the supplier’s Trade Assurance coverage amount available for the contract

Q1: What is the Warranty for the lamps?

A1:  For the lamps,we have 3 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2.Do you accept sample order?

A2.Yes,we can make your customized sample before mass order placed
