 If you grow lettuce from seeds until the end of the whole growing cycle for it, pls use our full spectrum. 

Under the condition where light source is only LED, different vegetables and different growing periods need different PPFD.

For instance:

Lettuce (our usual food dish) with fast growth and scatted leaves need 16 hours of lighting per day. Its seedling period is 12 days or so during which it has 4 pcs of leaves and one heart.

Under hydroponic growing environment, harvest time is 15-20 days after seedling is ended and at this time, the lettuce has become 20 to 25 pcs of leaves.

The seedling period needs PPFD of 80~100µmol/square meters/s and vegetative period needs 150~200µmol/square meters/s.

For seedling, you can use around 7pcs led tubes and hang them to between 20cm to 30cm height and grow 1.2mx0.833m=1 square meter of lettuce.

after seedling is finished, you can add around 4pcs of led tube and adjust the hanging height to 10cm.

The lifespan of the led is 50000hours,is that true?

This is a theoretical data in the lab.But you can get perfact result if you equip suitable cooling system for the led source.

Is there any tips after I get the led source?

1. During the soldering, the electronic soldering iron must be kept under the tempetature of 300°C and the soldering time must not be beyond 3 seconds. No touch between the electronic slodering iron and colloid.

2. void using sharp objects to compress products colloidal part directly.

3. Please put on the antistatic hand loop during the use. The worktable should be with antistatic finish. The equipments must be contacted with ground.
