This machine can be movable if you need.

The gold panning machine we make is working in the river bed or bank. It can mine gold from river sand. First the loader or excavator loads sand into a material hopper, the sand will drop into a roller screen to remove big grains and stones. The fine sand will come to the gold machine from the screen. Meanwhile a water pump supply water to the sand rolling screen and the gold machine. Usually the customers order the simple and cheap gold panning machine, which includes a hopper, a sand rolling trommel, a gold chute, a pump, a diesel engine generator or two diesel engines, and one waste conveyor. And we also supply other kinds of gold machine like centrifugal concentration machine, jigger, and shaking table.

If you want to change the gold chute, please tell me, we can install other types of gold chute for you. If you need to add jigger, shaking table, or centrifugal concentrator, we also can supply for you.

B. APPLICATIONS & USE

PURPOSE: The gold panning machines are mainly used for gold powder separating from river sand. 

Working conditions: Max. Temperature40℃; Min. Temperature -10℃; Max. Water Temperature32℃; Relative Humidity less than 70%.

1. Packing

All the dredgers and machines have no package. We load all the goods in the container without package. 

If you just order some small parts or engines or machines, we should put the goods inside the woodbox.

2. Loading

We would put all the small parts inside the pontoons or boxes. we would depart the dredgers into several parts, so we can put it in the container. If we can't put it in the container, we have to order the bulk cargo.

3. Shipping

We will choose the cheapest and fastest ship for the customer. if all the goods can put in the container, we won't order the bulk cargo ship, if it can't, we have to order the bulk cargo ship, if you just order several small machines, and it can't be full of one container, we will send it by LCL (less than container load).
