1.Features

3.Operation and Maintenance
(1)Before use,check that local power supply is suitable for the motor,and that external earthing wire is reliable connected.
(2)As directed in figure,remove the head from the machine.Remove the front nut,cutter net,mincing cutter and feed screw from the machine.Wash them with clean water,then reassemble them according to the above sequence.
(3)the working meat should be removed skin and bone.Cutting them into smaller pieces is well.the freezing meat should be unfreezed before minced.
(4)With the feed-stick,put the meat into mincing chamber.Don't use your hands or other instead of feed-stick.
(5)If the meat doesn't go on or is not discharged smoothly or in the form of paste,maybe:
(1)Too much thus,front nut is tighten,the mincing cutter does not contact properly with the cutter does not contact net.Readjust it.
(2)The cutter net is blocked.Clean it.
(3)Mincing cutter is dull.Grind or replace

4.Notes
(1)Before use,check that the external earthing wire is reliable connected.
(2)The voltage of local power supply difference is ±5% of the rated voltage.
(3)Don't put up the safe equipment.
(4)If there is any damage to the power cord,replacement action must be done by the manufacturer or related electrician.Don't attempt to replace the cord by yourself or severe hazard many occur.
(5)Don't use spraying water to clean the Mincer.Clean it with warm water.Please note that the cutter is easy to hurt your hands.
(6)Don't use any cutter nets(elliptical cutter nets or cutter nets with big hole dimension)or mincing cutters from other manufacturers.To do so may hurt your fingers during mincer operation.

If the Mincer stop running because of foreign substance blocked inside of the Mincer Head.please perform following process:
1.Keep switch on the OFF position
2.Remove the power cord from outlet
3.Thoroughly clean out the foreign substance blocked in the Mincer Head
4.Press the reset button of the circuit breaker,plug the Mincer and restart it.
