The three layers sorting vegetable processing production line:delivering material—chosing automatic water table—cutting vegetable—cleaning anddegassing—draining—package(weighing).

1. The material machine will put the matter(vegetable,potato,turnip and so on)onto the automatic water table.

2. There are operating posts on the both sides of the automatic water table,chopping block ,

scrap export,the tool storage tank are put on the the automatic water table.Three layers are benchmark,the material will be transported in the middle,then the workers will put the betters onto the upper;waste product,rotten leaves,hair and other sundries will be put down to the lower conveyor by the scrap export and then transport to the waste collection vehicle(You need to custom the waste collectin vehicle in addition).

3. Cutting vegetable. Variable speed cutting machine and the upper conveyor will be docked 

seamless, then they will working according to the cooking specifications.

Cleaning.

 The cut vegetables are sent into the bubble cleaning machine. 

The machine’s system produce the bubble under the air in a high pressure and swill in a recycled bump, also it can kill virus by the oxygen and jet with the water in a high pressure. 

With such system the machine can depart the sand and impurity effectively. 

In the process of the cleaning, the nozzle in the high pressure. keep working to supply the water constantly and the volume of the water can  be change by pressing the button. 

We can confirm that it’s very easy to use and adaptable to regulate due to the differences of the various volume and the degree of cleanliness of the vegetables. 

At the same time the medicament can be put into the system and used as a disinfectant fluid to the kill the virus and depart the impurity as long as it is necessary. 

Even the cooler system can be settle as one part of the machine to cooling the original material to keep it fresh in a longer time.

Dry. 

The materials which are disinfected are put into the air dryer to dehydration.

Packing. 

The material which has been arefaction should be packed into the vacuum plastic bags and it can settle a weighting machine if it’s necessary. At last, the packed materials would be sent to the restaurant and the supermarkets.

Structure:

Working principle: 

The material was transport to middlelevel conveyer belt by the uplift conveyor, and there are some sorting workbenches at two sides of middle-level conveyer belt. 

Workers put the good products on the superstratum conveyer belt, and then it can deliver to cleaning or cutting process. 

The rubbish and the waste will be delivered to the waste conveyer belt and then send to the waste collected car to centralize processing. 

Customer can also make special design, for example spray, or choose sample design like double-deck or single-deck to reduce the cost.
