Specifications

First,usage:

The cutting and deboning line is applicable for refining cut of beef,mutton and pork,providing users with a range of services such as designing,manufacturing,installation,debugging and after service.

Second,structure:

1.The whole set line is composed of stainless steel and plastic components in line with the food requirment,characterized by reasonable design,smooth conveying,high-efficiency and low-consumption,easy washing and simple maintenance,etc.Based on different production capacity,the whole set of production line is designed and deployed.

2.The main equipment contains:disk saw,bone sawing machine,conveyor machine,operating workbench,box-positioning workbench and box washer.

Third,technology process

The technology process of the whole set production line can be divided into :pre-cut conveying,deboning cut conveying,circulating box washing conveying and package conveying.

(1)pre-cut conveying

The meat after pre-cooling will through the unloading equipment automatically drop on the pre-cut conveying line,on which two 750mm disk saws are installed ,after being cut,the blade meat ,hind leg and middle part are conveyed to respective deboning cut line.The pre-cut conveying line has a single-layer structure,with a height of 800mm.

(2)deboning cut conveying

The deboning cut conveying line can be divided into the blade meat,hind leg and middle part conveying lines.All of which are designed with three layer conveying structure,the height of bottom layer is 320mm ,which is used for conveying the circulating box full of products:the middle layer height is 800mm,which is used for conveying the materials in need of cutting ;the upper layer height is 1350mm,which is used for conveying the clean circulating box.

(3)circulating box washing conveying

The conveying line for circulating box washing can be divided into the recoverying line and input conveying line.Through the recovery conveying line,the used empty circulating box is delivered to the circulating box washing room,then delivered to the conveying line to each deboning cutting conveying line after washing,sterilization and drying in the box washer.The conveying line for circulating box washing has a singley-layer structure with the height of 2125mm.

(4)package conveying

The circulating boxex full of products are elevated from 320mm to 800mm of package conveying line for weighing and packing ,the products after packing are either sold or delivered into the quick-freezing storehouse
