During the process of evaporation, the negative pressure 

always down due to the saturation vapor and the micro-

leak of the connections. To keep the negative pressure, users have to keep the vacuum pump working or control it manually. VC-100C vacuum controller can control the system vacuum, and solve these problems.

Within 5 working days after payment confirmed, customized products need 10~15 working days.

4. How to solve the problem of your equipment?

Please send us email of the problem, pictures or a small video will be much better, we will find the problem and tell you how to solve it. If there is a broken, we will send you a new part, and it is free in the warranty period. 

5. Do you still provide service beyond the warranty?

Yes. Our warranty is one year from the delivery date, we also provide service beyond the warranty period, but it will not free for the broken parts.
