Product Description

Features of rotary vibrating sieve:

3. Easy to operate, impurities and coarse materials can be discharged automatically, continuous operations.
4. Can screen very fine powder down to 500 mesh. the most fine powder it filter is 5 micron.
5. Standard vibrating screen has Unique net rack design. Sieves can exchange easily in order to reduce staff’s maintenance time.

Working principle of rotary vibrating sieve:

The basic principle of Vibration screening filter is the heavy hammer (unbalanced heavy hammer) installed in the electrical axis transform the motor’s rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, tilt motion (three-D movement) , then this movement passed to the screen surface. Adjust the upper and lower ends of heavy hammer’s phase angle, this can change the trajectories of materials on the screen surface.

Application of rotary vibrating sieve:

1) Chemical industry: resin pigment, medicine, grease, paint, palette, etc.

2) Abrasive material and ceramic industry: building sand, mica, alumina, abrasive, refractory material, slurry, etc.

3) Food industry: sugar, salt, alkali, gourmet powder, starch, milk powder, yeast powder, pollen, food additive, bean milk, juice, etc.

4) Paper-making industry: coated slurry, exhaust liquid, paper making liquid and waste water reclamation, etc.
