Tungsten copper welding rod is also calld YD welding rods, composite rods, which is composed of matrix alloy and cemneted carbide grits. Surface is coated with a special flux and colored to identify the particle size and grade.
Composition of Copper brazing tungsten carbide welding rods:
1. Tin brass 42%
2. Cemented carbide grits 58%
Hardness: >160 HB
TRS: >690MPa
Working condition Copper brazing tungsten carbide welding rods:
1. Working temperature: 1100~ 1300 °c
2. Welding method: oxygen welding, gas welding
