Belt conveyer- crusher (with water) - scrubbing machine (friction washer) -film floating tanks - screw feeder - centrifugal dewatering machine – Air cyclone drying system - storage hopper.

Detail description   :

This line is used to wash HDPE bottles, it contains crushing, washing and drying, in the final, you can get dry flakes, the capacity of one line can be 300kg/h to 2000kg/h.

HDPE bottles washing machine is under the category of “easy to set up and run” systems.

And this is why:

HDPE is a polymer of olefins family and like other olefins floats in water (while all other plastic sinks).

This practically means separation of this polymer from other plastics is easy and inexpensive.

A bales breaker is almost compulsory if production rate is over 500/700 Kg/hour (1000/1500 lb/hour).

The reason for this is kind of easy to understand.

If you are in a country where operators cost is not very high, you can choose to go with manual bales opening even for higher throughputs but this is your choice.

Just remember a machine never get sick (unless it breaks), it works 24 hours a day without complains, doesn’t ask for days off and so on.

• The machine inspection before delivery in SAIOU MACHINERY When you come to our factory .Check everything is it ok .

• Free of charge of some necessary spare part.

• One year guaranteeof all the machines running , if any problem ,we will bear. Of course if the machines after one year ,you also can ask for the technical guidance.

• 1-2 technical engineers will be come to your factory to installation and commissioningthe machines and train your workers if you need.

• We accept 30% TT down payment, 70% TT or LC at sight before delivery.

• Film packing or plywood packing suit for sea shipping.

Our warranty:    

•  If the equipment fails due to the quality of the machine during one year, we will provide replacement and the repair Free of Charge. after One Year customer must pay for Spare Parts, Saiou will provide long-term technical assistance.Workers must operate the machines according to the design of the machine. 
  
• Saiou Machinery will not be responsible for accidents which are caused by improper operation of workers.

Payment:

• 30% TT is down payment as deposit, and 70% is paied before shipment.
• 30% TT is down payment as deposit, and 70% by irrevocable L/C at sight.
• 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
